Tru Moving asks that walk ways must be cleared of any snow, ice, water, mud, in order for our crews to provide any and all services. The crew is able to assist with snow and ice removal at additional cost. Jobs will be rescheduled beginning the first available date after the storm or as our schedule allows. This is a rare occurrence.

Arrival Times:
We do give our customers an estimated time of arrival. Typically a 2 hour window. Once the men are finished with the job they are on, they will give a courtesy call to inform you they are on the way. We do try and hold true to our 2 hour window but do ask for your patience as sometimes the first move can be bigger or smaller than described, traffic or weather.

Trucks sizes:
Simple. If you request a small 1 bedroom move. You will get the appropriate truck for that request. It is important to be forthcoming of your move in its entirety. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the water line is properly attached and the washer is in working condition before job is finished

Release of Liability:
Sometimes situations arise where it is simply not possible to place an item in a location without the threat of damage. In these situations our crew will present you with a release form stating that you are responsible for any ensuing damage that may occur. Tru Moving will not move these items to these locations unless the form has been signed.
